Unveil

I built a newsletter automation system for UNVEIL ®, a Paris-based creative studio working with brands such as Puma, LVMH Gaïa, and Red Star FC.

The system intelligently discovers, processes, and curates content through a streamlined pipeline, enabling Unveil to publish a high-quality monthly newsletter with minimal manual effort.

My work significantly improved content discovery and editorial efficiency while preserving Unveil’s high creative standards, helping them consistently deliver valuable industry insights to their audience.

Technical Implementation:

• Make.com: Orchestrates the entire workflow and manages data flow across services
• Exa.ai: Searches and scrapes ~500 relevant articles per month
• OpenAI: Used for French translation and summarization (gpt-4.1-mini), topic categorization and quality scoring (o3-mini)
• Airtable: Central database for storing, filtering, and ranking article content
• Notion: Used to output formatted drafts, presenting the top 10 articles per category for team review
