I built an end-to-end conference replay processing pipeline for VivaTech – Europe’s largest startup and tech event, gathering 180,000+ attendees annually in Paris, with speakers including Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Jensen Huang, Emmanuel Macron, and Yann LeCun.

With hundreds of replays recorded across three years, the editorial team needed a fast, scalable way to process recordings and prioritise which replays to cover – to fuel their blog posts, news articles, and social media content about the event, without watching hours of video.

Key Deliverables:

• Full replay processing pipeline triggered in one click from Airtable – from raw Dailymotion video to structured editorial brief in under 15 minutes
• AI-powered enrichment via Claude Sonnet 4.6 with live web search, automatically scoring each replay on editorial urgency, speaker notoriety, topics, and target audience
• Scalable, self-hosted n8n infrastructure processing a 3-year archive of hundreds of replays, with zero manual intervention
